At John D’Andrea’s request, I am providing the information here to recommend Greenview for irrigation and lighting needs.

I have worked very successfully with Greenview since 2006 on both commercial and residential properties in Westchester and Fairﬁeld Counties, including my own residence in Belle Haven. In all cases, these were new construction sites with buildings nearing or at completion and several subcontractors working together on tight timelines. Greenview performed excellently and as a result, they do all the irrigation maintenance, exterior lighting and seasonal lighting features at my residence.

The jobs included irrigation for landscaping surrounding a new LA Fitness facility in Norwalk and the major Hudson Harbor townhouse complex in Tarrytown, New York.

John D’Andrea is personally very hands-on and responsive and his team is well-trained with competent supervision. We always work with budget constraints and have found Greenview’s billing to be fair and accurate and the service is delivered on time, which is not always the case in the industry.
